Village Hall Bookings
Includes the use of all village hall equipment and facilities
One-off/Single Events (minimum hire - 2 hours)
- Scruton Parish Residents £7.50 per hour
- Non-residents [£10 per hour]
- Commercial users [£10 per hour]
Regular User Sessions
- Morning (9 am to 1 pm) £15 per session
- Afternoon (1 pm to 6 pm) £15 per session
- Evening (6 pm to 11 pm) £15 per session

Conditions of Hire
- The hirer must be a resident of Scruton Parish.
- Equipment will only be hired out if it is not required for a village hall booking.
- All crockery & cutlery must be returned washed and clean in the boxes provided.
- Tables & chairs must be returned to the garage and stacked safely as indicated.
- Any damaged or lost items must be notified immediately, and must be replaced, or the replacement cost paid for by the hirer.
