Scruton Parish Council still have some Coronation Mugs available. If you wish to order any (£6 each), please contact the Parish Clerk. Please also let him know how many young people want mugs (no charge to under 16s).

SPC have not received any suggestions for celebrating or commemorating the Coronation, if you have any ideas please forward them to the Parish Clerk.

The Coronation Bank Holiday Weekend runs from Saturday 6 May to Monday 8 May. If you are thinking of organising any celebration, perhaps a Street Party or Village Picnic, please also let Scruton News know before the next edition.
